What made you consider Food Radar Systems, and how did you evaluate the investment?

We considered Food Radar Systems because we had experienced occasional incidents involving foreign objects originating from raw materials—particularly in products produced without sieves. Since most of these contaminants were low-density, it became clear that we needed a solution specifically capable of detecting that type of material. In evaluating the investment, we focused on the system’s detection capabilities, its compatibility with our production environment, and its potential to enhance product safety and quality.

What have been the most notable results or improvements since implementing our system?

Since implementing Food Radar, we’ve seen significant improvements. Most notably, we’ve had zero incidents involving foreign objects in our products. This has been especially impactful for items produced without sieves, where detection is more challenging. Additionally, the system has helped us establish a closer dialogue with our raw material suppliers, enabling them to improve their own processes as well. These combined benefits have strengthened both our product safety and supplier collaboration.

How was your experience with our service, support, and the integration of the system into your production line?

Our experience with Food Radars service and support has been very positive. We appreciated the opportunity to test our products in a controlled environment before making the purchase, which gave us confidence in the system’s capabilities. The installation process was truly plug-and-play, allowing for a smooth and efficient integration into our production line. Additionally, Food Radar has consistently shown openness to discussing changes and improvements, which has made collaboration both easy and productive.
