At Food Radar Systems, we develop and build microwave-based equipment that helps food producers detect foreign objects in their production processes. We’re a hands-on team, with global customers, that values clarity, solutions and getting things done.

In this high-impact position, you’ll be the operational backbone of our daily operations, enabling seamless purchasing, production flow, travel logistics, invoicing and event coordination.

What you’ll do
Purchasing & production planning
- Place purchase orders, follow up deliveries, and maintain supplier communication
- Track material needs and stock levels; support production planning and prioritization
- Ensure information flows and documentation are structured, enabling efficient production
Travel, shipping & logistics
- Book travel for team members and handle travel administration
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, work with freight forwarders/carriers, and track deliveries
- Handle exceptions and last-minute changes when plans shift
Invoicing & admin
- Support customer invoicing (collecting data, issuing invoices, basic follow-up)
- Handle supplier invoices (receiving, matching documentation, preparing for approval)
- Keep recurring admin processes and documentation organized and reliable
Trade shows & events
- Coordinate trade show participation: bookings, deadlines, materials, logistics, and staffing
- Make sure everything is in place on time so the team can focus on execution
Office & “everything that needs doing”
- Office supplies, service providers, and practical day-to-day structure
- Be a natural go-to person for coordination and continuous improvement
Who you are
You’re:
- Highly organized and proactive
- Comfortable owning tasks end-to-end
- Strong communicator and collaborator, who enjoys a role with variety
- Enthusiastic about improving how work actually gets done
- Tech-savvy and curious with tools (Excel/Google Sheets, ERP, planning tools)
Experience nice-to-have, not deal-breaking:
- Purchasing, logistics or production in a manufacturing environment
- Freight/shipping documentation and coordination
- Invoicing or finance admin (in collaboration with external accounting)
- Professional English (spoken and written)
